Where can the items ship and within what timeframe does the item(s) arrive?
We currently ship within the US and Canada. If you’re outside these areas, please contact oursupport team for possible shipping options. 3 – 7 business days is needed forprocessing and production time; we have a wide range for package transit withinthe US and Internationally because we partner with different delivery carriers.
- Average transit times to the United States: 5 – 20 Business days
- Average transit times to International: 17 – 45 Business days
What is your refund policy?
A return can berequested within 30 days of your purchase being delivered/received. Your itemmust be in the same condition that you received it and is in the appropriatepackaging (original packaging preferably). Please contact support@theecozybox.comto start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shippinglabel and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent backto us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Do you charge sales tax
We charge sales tax in provinces or states where we are required to by law. Any applicable taxes will be displayed clearly at checkout.
Can I pay for my order in installments?
Yes, we have partnered with Shop Pay
Installments allowing you to split your purchase into regular payments.
Can I cancel or change my order once I place it?
When an order is placed, it is instantly sent for processing and shipping preparation. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot alter or change it.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Sometimes damages do occur in the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. If your item is being delivered with an oversize carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item. Damages or defects must be notified toThee Cozy Box within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not hold off on inspecting in your item.
